I got this one in from a friend. It needs the cosmetics mounted and various repairs. Some monkey has drilled numerous holes through the frame tubes to mount things...( ugly)
It also needs relocating of the rear master as it has been converted from shoe to disc brakes. I think it will be getting a set of nice rear sets worthy of its vintage.

Huge job fitting the Katana with this swing arm being it's almost 2" wider at the pivot. Not to mention the 6" rear wheel.... Oh my, my hands are full with this one.
Also on the table with this is an RFID keyless ignition system. I can put the parts together for about 150.00. This Katana will be my pride and joy.

This kawasaki kz1000 is destined an upgrade. For now it's  on  the back burner, but it is on the stove.

You have made it to the garage where all the custom projects get their start. Most are Katanas but there are the odd few that are a nice diversion. Currently I have a couple on the go in varying degrees of start, but you can see what is in the works and may make it too the main customs page.

The (1260cc) 1100 Katana with the R1 swing arm below, will be my main ride for next season, replacing the 1260 I am currently riding. Updates will include cosmetic, seat, wiring, swingarm, paint and more.
